共享经济模式以网络为载体,将资源使用权暂时性转移,使个体拥有的作为一种沉没成本的资源进行社会化利用,以物品的高效重复交易和利用,实现社会经济的高效持续发展。在共享经济模式下我国的知识管理型企业人力资源外包行业迎来巨大的发展空间,本文研究了共享经济模式下温州托包共享网络科技股份有限公司知识管理的商业模式特征,提出了共享经济模式下知识管理企业经营的核心价值是企业知识管理,研究了在共享经济前提下知识管理企业在知识养成管理、知识沉淀积累、知识成库三个阶段的发展过程,提出知识管理企业通过绩效管理、回报机制、持续发展的新思路;将对知识企业的经营,尤其是对建立在共享经济模式上的知识管理企业提供有力的实践指导和经营启示。
