国际人才政治关系、关系投入对技术创新的影响——来自中国私营企业的调查数据

The Effect of Political Relationship and Relational Cost of International Talent on the Technology Innovation——Evidence from Chinese Private firm Survey

国际人才对技术进步的推动受到中国特色文化的影响,本文基于三次中国私营企业调查数据,构建截面数据模型,分析政治关系、关系投入、人力资本、自信水平对国际人才技术创新效应的影响,结果发现:国际人才政治关系对技术创新具有正向影响,而关系投入则对技术创新产生负向影响。同时,国际人才人力资本、自信水平对技术创新具有正向影响。因此,需要结合关系投入辩证地看待政治关系的影响,并重视国际人才人力资本、自信水平的提升。

The promotion of technological progress by international talents is affected by Chinese culture. Based on three private firm surveys, this paper builds a cross-sectional data model, to analyze the impact of political relationship, relational cost, human capital, and self-confidence on the technology innovation of international talent. We found that political relationship of international talent has a positive impact on technological innovation, while relational cost has a negative impact on technological innovation. At the same time, the human capital and self-confidence of international talent have a positive impact on technological innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to dialectically view the effect of political relationship in combination with relational cost, and attach importance to the improvement of human capital and self-confidence of international talent.
