乡村振兴视野下缩小城乡差距的战略——以湖北省为例

Strategies to Narrow the Gap between Urban and Rural Areas from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Taking Hubei Province as an Example

缩小城乡差距是我国全面且高质量发展的必然要求,实施乡村振兴战略是缩小我国城乡差距的必由之路。本文以湖北省为例,分析了湖北省当前的城乡差距现状,从湖北省当前面临的机遇挑战和现有基础着手分析了实行乡村振兴战略的必要性和可行性,并且提出了统筹城乡发展空间、加快农业现代化步伐、建设特色美丽乡村和持续增进农民福祉四个举措以缩小城乡差距。

Narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas is an inevitable requirement for my country’s comprehensive and high-quality development. Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is the only way to reduce the gap between urban and rural areas in my country.Taking Hubei Province as an example, this article analyzes the current status of the urban-rural gap in Hubei Province, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing the rural revitalization strategy from the current opportunities and challenges facing Hubei Province and the existing foundation. And this article proposes measures to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas through rural revitalization from four aspects: coordinating the development space of urban and rural areas, accelerating the pace of agricultural modernization, building beautiful villages with characteristics, and continuously improving the welfare of farmers.
