可行能力视角下贫困代际传递影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Poverty Intergenerational Transmission from the Perspective of Feasible Ability

2020年是脱贫攻坚战决胜之年,这表明我国扶贫工作开始从根除绝对贫困转向缓解相对贫困实现共同富裕的新历程。打破贫困代际传递成为我国当前巩固脱贫攻坚成果、解决相对贫困的一项重要内容。文章从可行能力的视角出发,针对贫困人群内生发展动力问题,分析了可行能力对贫困代际传递的影响,并从培育经济、文化和政治参与能力等方面提出具体的对策,以求能阻断贫困代际传递,推动新阶段我国贫困问题的解决。

2020 is the decisive year of the battle against poverty, which indicates that the work of poverty alleviation in our country has begun to change from getting rid of absolute poverty with survival as the core to alleviating relative poverty to realizing common prosperity. Breaking the intergenerational transmission of poverty has become an important content of consolidating the achievements of overcoming poverty and solving relative poverty. From the perspective of feasible ability, this paper analyzes the influence of feasible ability on the intergenerational transmission of poverty, and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in order to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty and promote the new stage of poverty in China Resolution.
