汉语阅读困难儿童的内源性注意定向及其与阅读能力的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨汉语阅读困难(RD)儿童的内源性注意定向及其与阅读能力的关系。方法:选取54名3~6年级儿童,包括18名RD儿童、18名同年龄匹配正常发展(CA)儿童、18名同阅读水平匹配正常发展(RL)儿童。采用中心线索提示任务测量内源性注意定向,双字真词阅读材料测量词水平阅读能力,并将注意定向与阅读能力进行相关分析。结果:RD儿童可以利用线索帮助自己进行内源性注意定向,CA儿童表现出偏向右侧的注意分布模式(P<0.05),而RD儿童表现出双侧无偏的注意分布模式。相关分析结果表明,RD儿童的右侧线索提示效应与双字真词阅读时间呈正相关(r=0.49,P<0.05)。结论:汉语阅读困难儿童表现出注意定向的偏侧化异常,此缺陷不能排除与其阅读能力较低有关。 Objective:To explore the endogenous attention orientation and it srelationship with reading ability in children with Chinese reading difficulties(RD).Methods:Fifty-four children in grade 3-6 were recruited from primary schools,including 18 RD children.18 chronological-age-matched typically developing(CA)children,and 18 reading-level-matched typically developing(RL)children.A Ponser's spatial cueing task was adopted to meas­ure the endogenous attention orienting,the word reading ability was measured using the two-character word reading materials,and the correlation between attentional orientation and reading ability was analyzed.Results:The RD chil­dren could use central cues to help themselves with endogenous attention orientation.The CA controls showed a right-lateralized pattern of attention distribution(P<0.05).while the RD children performed a bilateral pattern of attention distribution.The results of correlation analysis showed that,for the RD children,the cue effect in the right visual field was significantly and positively correlated with two-character word reading time(r=0.49,P<0.05).Conclusion:Children with Chinese reading difficulties have abnormal distribution pattern in attention orientation,which could not be excluded from the association with backward reading ability.
