摘要
抽油机井示功图是用来判断抽油机井工况的重要手段之一,传统的拉线法功图测试需停机操作,工作量大、时效性低,不能满足实时分析需求。现有的数字化载荷传感器,能实现不停机实时采集功图,但设备数据漂移、持久供电、故障率高及设备标定等问题仍亟待完善。电参转功图是一种新的测量方法,即根据抽油机井电动机输入功率与光杆功率的能量守恒关系,以及光杆悬点与曲柄的运动位置关系,将电动机端实时电参数据转化成光杆悬点端示功图,进而实现工况分析诊断,实时发现并处理断脱漏失问题,减少抽油机井带病运行等无效耗能的同时,降低问题井对产量的影响,达到降本增效的目的。
The indicator chart of pumping Wells is one of the important means to judge the working conditions of pumping wells.The traditional draw-line method of work chart testing needs to stop operation,which has a large workload and low timelines and cannot meet the requirements of real-time analysis.The existing digital load sensors can realize real-time power diagram acquisition without shutdown,but the problems such as equipment data drift,persistent power supply,high failure rate and equipment calibration still need to be improved.Electric parameter turn indicator diagrams,is a kind of new method of measuring the according to the input power and the power of the polished rod pumping Wells motor energy conservation relations,as well as the relationship of motion and position of the polished rod and the crank position,the motor according to the real-time electricity parameter into polished rod suspension point indicator diagram,thus realize diagnosis condition analysis,real-time discovery and handling an omission failure problem.While reducing invalid energy consumption such as sick operation of pumping wells,the influence of problem Wells on output is reduced to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
