摘要
抽油机的平衡是保正抽油机井安全、可靠、长寿命运行的基础,也是抽油机井节能的重要措施,国内现使用抽油机尾部配重为固定设计,部分抽油机因尾部配重偏差过大已无法调节平衡。因此,改善抽油机的尾摆平衡,进一步提升抽油机系统效率成为油田节能增效的重要方面。数字感知平衡节能系统可实现远程智能调整配重,达到自动检测、智能控制,使整个采油过程达到系统平衡的前提下实现最低能耗。
The balance of the pumping unit is the basis for ensuring the safe,reliable and long-life operation of the pumping unit well,and it is also an important measure for energy saving of the pumping unit well.At present,the tail counterweight of the pumping unit is a fixed design in China,and the balance of some pumping units cannot be adjusted due to the large deviation of the tail counterweight.Therefore,improving the tail swing balance of pumping unit and further improving the efficiency of pumping unit system has become an important aspect of energy conservation and efficiency in oil field.The digital sensing balance energy-saving system can realize remote intelligent adjustment of counterweight,automatic detection and intelligent control,and realize the minimum energy consumption on the premise of system balance in the whole oil production process.
