摘要
为解决洛阳石化减压渣油泵能力较低,需双塔底泵运行,安全隐患较大,严重影响常减压装置加工量的提升,同时极大消耗电量。在2019年装置停工检修期间对其进行了更新,更换为AYS型大型两级离心油泵,通过设备更新,降低电力消耗,提高经济效益。运行至今设备状况较好,提高了常减压装置加工能力。目前装置加工负荷较低,经济效益受限。经计算,每年节约电费约225.4万元,回本期为0.53年。
In order to solve the problem that the capacity of vacuum residue pump in Luoyang Petrochemical Company is low,it needs double tower bottom pump to operate,which has a great potential safety hazard,seriously affects the improvement of processing capacity of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,and consumes a lot of electricity.In 2019,the unit was renewed during shutdown and maintenance,and it was replaced with a large-scale two-stage centrifugal oil pump of ayes type produced.So far,the equipment is in good condition,which improves the processing capacity of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.After calculation,the annual power consumption reduction is about 2.254 million yuan,and the return period is 0.53 years.
