摘要
根据抽油机井功率分布情况,分析了抽油机井消耗功率影响因素,把有杆泵作为一个完整的抽油系统综合评价,以提高抽油机井系统效率为目的,优选了抽油机多功能调速装置进行应用,利用无级调速和上快下慢的运行方式开展现场试验,评价其适应性和节能效果。累计应用2688套抽油机多功能调速装置,平均有功节电率达到了13.54%,系统效率提高了2.78个百分点,年节电2516.1×10^(4) kWh,年创经济效益1602.76万元,取得了较好的节能效果。
According to the power distribution of pumping unit well,the well pumping unit power consumption influence factors are analyzed,the sucker rod pump as a complete pumping system,a comprehensive evaluation to improve the efficiency of pumping well system,for the purpose of optimizing the pumping unit multi-function speed regulating device for application,using stepless speed regulation on fast and slow operation mode to carry out the field test,evaluate its adaptability and energy saving effect.A total of 2688 sets of multi-function speed regulating device of pumping unit are applied,the average active power saving rate reaches 13.54%,the system efficiency is increased by 2.78%,the annual saving power is 2516.1×10^(4) kWh,the annual economic benefit is 16027600 yuan,and the good energy saving effect is achieved.
