摘要 以储能技术为代表的应用型技术属于颠覆性技术创新,是新能源革命中的关键性力量,在未来能源格局中具有举足轻重的作用。储能是解决可再生能源大规模接入、传统电力系统消峰填谷、分布式区域能源系统负荷平衡等重大问题的关键支撑技术,有利于缓和传统能源安全竞争导致的地缘政治冲突,及减轻地缘政治冲突对能源安全的冲击,也是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标,实现可再生能源为主体的能源市场和能源安全体系的重要保障。本文探讨了在全球地缘政治动荡、绿色发展和可再生能源不断推广的背景下,储能技术在塑造国家能源安全中的作用及影响,并分析储能技术发展与中国能源安全之间的关系。 The applied technology represented by energy storage technology belongs to disruptive technologicalinnovation,and it is a key force in the new energy revolution and plays a pivotal role in the future energy pattern.Energy storage is a key supporting technology to solve major problems such as large-scale access of renewable energy,peak reduction and valley filling in traditional power systems,and load balance in distributed regional energy systems.lt is conducive to alleviating geopolitical conflicts caused by competition in traditional energy security and reducingthe impact of geopolitical conflicts on energy security.lt is also an important guarantee for the realization of carbonpeak and carbon neutralization targets,and the energy market and energy security system with renewable energy as themain body.This paper discusses the role and impact of energy storage technology in shaping global and national energysecurity in the context of global geopolitics,green development and the increasing spread of renewable energy,and thispaper also analyzes the relationship between energy storage technology development and China's energy security.
