翻转课堂结合认知学徒制教学模式在《警体格斗技能》课程中的构建研究

The Structure of Flipped Classroom Combined Cognitive Apprenticeship Teaching Model in the Course of Police Physical Education Combat Proficiency

近年来,警体格斗技能培训已引起了公安机关及相关部门的高度重视。但培训课程目前仍存在内容缺乏实战性、场景设置缺乏真实性、课程设置缺乏针对性、教学缺乏双主体性、师资设施缺乏“质”“量”双效性等问题。立足“公安特色,实战需要”的教学理念,基于情境认知与学习理论,探讨翻转课堂结合认知学徒制教学模式在警体格斗技能课程中的构建:以实战技能和警务能力培养为核心、实训任务为导向,从内容、方法、序列,社会性四个方面统筹线上线下两个教学层次,紧抓理论与实践两个教学目标,同时翻转教学主体,实现学生主导、师生联动、互助互进的教学关系,有力提高教学质量,强化人民警察的实战效能。

In recent years,the training of Police Physical Education Combat Proficiency has raised high awareness about public security organ and other relevant departments.However,there are still some problems in the training courses now,such as,lack of practice in the content,lack of authenticity in scene setting,lack of pertinence in the course offering,lack of double subjects in the teaching,lack of quality in the teachers.This article keeps a foothold in the teaching idea of"public security characteristics,practical needs",based on situated cognition and learning theory,and discuss the structure of flipped classroom combined cognitive apprenticeship teaching model in the course of police physical education combat proficiency:keep actual combat skills and police competence training as the central task,take training task as the guide,plan online to offline these two teaching level as a whole in the aspects of content,method,sequence and sociality,grab theory and practice these two teaching objectives,at the same time overturn the teaching subject,realize the teaching relationship of student led,Linkage between teachers and students,help each other and make progress.In this way,effectively improve the quality of teaching and intensity actual combat effectiveness of people's police.
