面向创客的虚拟知识空间模型建构研究

Research on Construction of Virtual Knowledge Space Model for Makers

[目的/意义]通过挖掘创客对虚拟空间的知识需求来设计虚拟知识空间模型,可为知识服务机构对面向创客的虚拟知识空间建设实践提供参考。[方法/过程]采用半结构化访谈与扎根理论的方法,调研创客对虚拟知识空间的需求,借助Nvivo11进行编码分析,对知识获取的两种途径进行比较分析,并根据编码结果得出知识交流互动、知识资源、知识情境三种知识需求,且需求的内容具有多学科知识交叉、多来源知识获取、多样化知识形式三个特点。[结果/结论]以需求驱动、知识协同、知识建构为理论基础,以创客对虚拟空间的知识需求为建构基础,以科学性、全面性、协同性为原则,建构一个面向创客的虚拟知识空间模型,并对该模型中各构成要素进行详细分析。

[Purpose/significance]This paper designs a virtual knowledge space model by mining the knowledge needs of makers for virtual space can provide reference for knowledge service organizations to build virtual knowledge space for makers.[Method/process]Based on semistructured interview and grounded theory,this paper investigates maker’s demand for virtual knowledge space,codes with the help of NVivo 11,compares and analyzes two ways of knowledge acquisition,and obtains three kinds of knowledge needs:knowledge exchange interaction,knowledge resources and knowledge situation according to the coding results,and the content of the needs has the characteristics of interdisciplinary knowledge,acquisition of multi-source knowledge and diversification of knowledge forms.[Result/conclusion]Based on the theory of demand driven,knowledge collaboration and knowledge construction,and the principles of scientificity,comprehensiveness and collaboration,this paper constructs a maker oriented virtual knowledge space model based on maker’s knowledge demand for virtual space.The elements of this model are analyzed in detail.
