摘要
[目的/意义]同伴教育理论现广泛应用于高等教育之中,也逐步应用于高校图书馆的服务工作,有助于高校图书馆实现第二课堂教育功能。[方法/过程]利用同伴教育的理论和方法开展新生阅读推广,包括准备阶段同伴教育者培育、新生入学适应阶段同伴阅读引领、稳定阶段同伴阅读分享及发展阶段同伴阅读提升。[结果/结论]常熟理工学院图书馆的新生阅读推广同伴教育实践可提供三点启示:注重新生目标群体选择,注重同伴教育理论依据,遵守循序渐进的原则。
[Purpose/significance]Peer education theory is widely used in higher education,and also gradually applied to the university library service,which helps university library to realize the function of second classroom education.Peer education is a reading promotion theory to cultivates freshmen’s reading interest and habit.[Method/process]Peer education method is used to guide college students’companion reading activities to carry out peer reading promotion for freshmen,including peer educators’cultivation in preparation stage,peer reading guidance in freshmen’s entrance adjustment stage,peer reading sharing in stable stage and peer reading promotion in development stage.[Result/conclusion]The practice of peer education in the library of Changshu Institute of Technology can provide three enlightenments:It is pointed out that the promotion of peer reading for freshmen should pay attention to the selection of freshmen’s target group and the theoretical basis of peer education,and abide by the principle of gradual progress.
