摘要
光固化3D打印技术因其成型速度快、精度高、打印实体质量高等显著优势,已被广泛用于制造具有多种功能的生物医学设备和植入体。近年来,通过多方努力开发出新的光固化打印设备和聚合物,并且不断利用光固化3D打印技术来精确制备药物制剂。本文阐述了光固化3D打印原理技术优势及存在的缺陷,综述了基于不同成型技术原理用于药物递送的光固化3D打印药物剂型及研究进展。
The photocurable 3D printing technique lately has been extensively applied to manufacturing diverse biomedical devices and implants with versatile functionalities owing to its distinguished characteristics including high forming speed,high precision,and high finishing quality of the printed objects.Recently,numerous efforts have been made to continuously utilize this novel technique to precisely fabricate pharmaceutical preparations by proposing newly developed printing apparatus as well as newly designed photocurable printing polymers.This article aims to introduce the recent advances of photocurable 3D printed dosages particularly for drug delivery based on different printing mechanisms by discussing their printing principles as well as advantages and limitations.
