中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分。在疫情催化下、政策推动下,中小企业的数字化升级迎来新的机遇与挑战。技术创新能力作为中小企业的核心竞争力的体现,对数字化的需求更加迫切。本研究通过调研,了解中小企业数字化转型方面存在的问题,在技术研发与创新中数字化工具的应用情况,以及数字化建设对企业管理与技术研发创新的影响,探索利用数字化工具提升中小企业技术创新能力及核心竞争力的策略。
