基于主成分分析法的工程档案管理技术研究

Research on Engineering Site Archives Management Technology Based on Principal Component Analysis

通过文献综述与问卷调查分析的方式,调查了某公司所属的10个工程项目的档案管理人员,探究了管理工程档案的困难度以及工程档案自动标准化生成、操作手册、智能化硬软件设备应用、限制性修正、完全电子化储存、电子签章提醒、管理人员电子化办公、备案文件承诺制等技术的实行困难与意见,分别从部分管理人员缺乏创新精神、部分管理人员本身素质较低、工程人员成本与工期间矛盾、创新意识与当前政策不匹配四个方面提出了工程档案管理技术的问题与建议,为今后工程档案管理技术的发展提供了有效依据。

By means of literature review and questionnaire analysis,the archives managers of 10 engineering projects belonging to a company are investigated,the difficulties of managing engineering archives are explored,and the difficulties and opinions on the implementation of technologies are put forward,such as automatic standardization generation of engineering archives,operation manual,application of intelligent hardware and software equipment,restrictive amendment,complete electronic storage,electronic signature reminder,electronic office of managers,filing document commitment system and so on.Problems and suggestions of engineering archives management technology are put forward from four aspects:lack of innovative spirit of some managers,low quality of some managers,contradiction between cost of engineers and working period,and mismatch between innovative consciousness and current policies,which provide an effective basis for the development of engineering archives management technology in the future.
