浅谈文博行业档案档号的编制方法——以敦煌研究院馆藏档案为例

A Brief Discussion on the Compilation Method of Archives Number in Cultural and Museum Industry--Taking the Archives of Dunhuang Academy as an Example

文博行业档案具有结构复杂、内容多样、科研项目周期长等特点。文书档案作为文博行业中最常见的档案,其档号结构与编制规则可以作为专业档案档号编制的基本参考。通过对敦煌研究院馆藏档案资源的现状分析,归纳档号编制过程中遇到的主要问题,总结其理论与实践经验,最终为文博领域的档案标准化建设提供借鉴。

Cultural and museum industry archives are characterized by complex structure,diverse content and long period of scientific research projects.Documentary archives are the most common archives in the cultural and museum industry,and their archives number structure and compilation rules can be used as the basic reference for the compilation of professional archives number.Through the analysis of the status quo of archival resources in the collection of Dunhuang Academy,the paper concludes the main problems encountered in the process of archives number compilation,summarizes its theory and practical experience,and finally provides reference for the construction of archives standardization in the field of cultural and museum.
