Establishment Inheritance and Development ofChang an Medical Acupuncture Theory

长安医学针灸学创建于汉唐时代,得到了历代医家的传承发展。《黄帝内经》奠定了针灸学的理论基础。皇甫谧总结前人理论和经验,结合自己的临床实践,撰写了医学史上第一部针灸学专著《针灸甲乙经》,创立了针灸学独特的学科。孙思邈《千金方》和王焘《外台秘要》这两部巨著均有大量的针灸内容,更加丰富和完善了针灸学的理论和临床治疗方法。新中国成立后,针灸学在长安这块沃土上得到了很好的发扬光大,先后有电针、针刺麻醉、头皮针、药火针、四针、空间时相针灸法等针灸疗法涌现,特别是作为世界非物质文化遗产项目——针灸学的四个代表传承人之一的郭诚杰教授被评为“国医大师”,这是长安医学针灸学发展兴盛的重要标志。

Chang an medical acupuncture and moxibustion was founded in the Han and Tang dynasties and has been inherited and developed by doctors of following dynasties.Huang Di Nei Jing laid the theoretical foundation of acupuncture and moxibustion.HUANGFU Mi summarized previous theories and experiences,combined with his own clinical practice,wrote the first monograph on acupuncture and moxibustion in the history of medicine,Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing,and established a unique discipline of acupuncture and moxibustion.SUN Simiao s Qian Jin Fang and WANG Dao s Wai Tai Mi Yao have a lot of acupuncture and moxibustion content,which enriches and improves the theory and clinical treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.After the founding of People s Republic of China,acupuncture and moxibustion has been well developed in the fertile land of Chang an.Acupuncture and moxibustion treatments such as electroacupuncture,acupuncture anesthesia,scalp acupuncture,fire acupuncture,four acupuncture and space-time acupuncture have emerged successively.In particular,Professor GUP Chengjie,as one of the four representative inheritors of acupuncture and moxibustion,a world intangible cultural heritage project,has been rated as a“master of national medicine”,This is an important symbol of the development and prosperity of Chang an medical acupuncture and moxibustion.
