羟基红花黄色素A治疗心脑血管疾病作用机制的网络药理学研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的利用网络药理学研究羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)治疗心脑血管疾病的潜在机制。方法通过挖掘近10年HSYA治疗心脑血管疾病的相关文献,搜集其抗心脑血管疾病的作用靶点,再利用生物学信息注释数据库(DAVID)进行GO富集及KEGG通路分析,最后采用Cytoscape 3.8.0软件构建“靶点-信号通路”交互网络和拓扑分析。结果HSYA通过调控NFKB1和RELA等94个潜在靶点,干预流体切应力与动脉粥样硬化、TNF信号通路、脂肪细胞因子信号通路和Apelin信号通路等重要信号通路发挥治疗心脑血管疾病的作用。结论该研究从网络药理学角度初步揭示了HSYA改善心脑血管疾病的多维调控网络机制,为其临床应用提供了理论依据。 Objective To study the potential mechanism of hydroxysafflower yellow A(HSYA)in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by network pharmacology.Methods By excavating the relevant literature on the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by HSYA in recent 10 years,the anti cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease targets were collected,and then the biological information annotation database(DAVID)was used for go enrichment and KEGG pathway analysis.Finally,the“target-signal pathway”interactive network and topology analysis were constructed by Cytoscape 3.8.0 software.Results HSYA plays a role in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by regulating 94 potential targets such as NFKB1 and RELA,intervening in important signal pathways such as fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,TNF signal pathway,adipocytokine signal pathway and Apelin signal pathway.Conclusion This study preliminarily reveals the multi-dimensional regulatory network mechanism of HSYA in improving cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases from the perspective of network pharmacology,which provides a theoretical basis for its clinical application.
