摘要
乡村教师本土化培养不仅是乡村师资队伍建设的一种方式,而且是一种教师教育的价值导向。通过分析人群关系理论、需求层次理论以及马克思关于人的本质学说的相关理论和目前乡村教师发展的实践冲突,将乡村教师置于“社会人”视域下深入探讨乡村教师本土化培养的意义和目标,进而提出了乡村教师本土化培养的具体路径:以本土化的教育培训坚定乡村教师的教育信念;以本土化的学校课程提升乡村教师的职业认同感;利用乡土资源提升乡村教师的乡村教育情怀。
The localization of rural teacher training is not only a way of the construction of rural teacher,but also a kind of value orientation of teacher education.By using human relations theory,demand hierarchy theory and the related theory of the doctrine of Marx about the essence of man and the current practice of the development of the rural teacher conflict puts rural teacher"horizon",we discuss the significance and the cultivation of rural teacher localization goals,teachers education curriculum,and put forward concrete paths of the rural teacher localization training:strengthening the cooperation between normal colleges and primary and secondary schools,effectively achieving the link between pre-service,induction and post-service training,make full use of local resources,and improving rural teachers'adaptability to rural education and life of rural teachers localization training path.
