客家文化研究经过百年发展,不论从研究层面抑或传播层面都取得了显著成就,完成了客家学的理论建构。罗香林先生作为客家学奠基大师,其贡献至巨至伟。我国现代化建设、世界百年未有之大变局和第四次工业革命的到来,使客家文化的保护、传承与弘扬面临着创造性转化和创新性发展的新机遇。客家文化在新形势下创新发展需要重塑再生,实则为转型:将非物质文化转型为遗产,将历史遗产转型为产业,将资源转型为故事。在客家文化转型中,政府的主导与智库的建言发挥着至关重要作用,要努力做到“点子”“票子”“盘子”融合统一,促使客家文脉永续,使客家文化建设成为惠民工程。

After a century of development,remarkable achievements have been made in the research and communication of Hakka culture,and the theoretical construction of Hakkaology has been completed.Mr.Luo Xianglin has made great contributions as the founder of Hakkaology.With China's socialist modernization drive,the world's changes unseen in a century and the coming of the fourth industrial revolution,the protection,inheritance and carrying forward of Hakka culture is facing new opportunities of creative transformation and innovative development.In the new situation,the innovation and development of Hakka culture need to be remade and reborn,or actually transformed:the transformation of intangible culture into heritage,historical heritage into industry,and resources into stories.The government's leadership and the think tank's advice will play a vital role in the transformation.Efforts should be made to integrate ideas,capital and perspective so as to make Hakka culture a project benefiting the people.
