Comparative Analysis on Testing Items in Import and Export Countries and Regions Toothbrush Standards

目前进出口国家和地区牙刷标准差异较大,相关指标科学性的研究较少。本文通过分析中国、中国台湾地区、欧盟、日本、韩国、印度、南非、美国的牙刷标准间的差异,对比不同检测项目的区别和对质量的影响,发现各牙刷标准差异是导致进口牙刷不合格的主要原因,生产企业、检验机构、消费者需共同关注牙刷产品质量。建立牙刷产品的标准体系,需要加强牙刷质量安全基础方面的研究,为科学评价牙刷质量安全研究提供参考。新国标GB 39669-2020《牙刷及口腔器具安全通用技术要求》实施后,将代替GB 19342-2013《牙刷》、GB 30002-2013《儿童牙刷》和GB 30003-2013《磨尖丝牙刷》中涉及安全的强制性内容,增减部分检测项目,加入对电动牙刷、口腔器具的要求,更加科学全面地为牙刷质量把关。

At present,the existing toothbrush standards for import and export countries and regions are quite different,and there are few scientific researches on related indicators.This article analyzes the differences in toothbrush standards in China,Taiwan China and the European Union,Japan,South Korea,India,and South Africa,and compares the differences among different testing items and their impact on quality.It is found that the differences in the standards of toothbrushes are the main reason for the unqualified imported toothbrushes.Manufacturers,inspection agencies,and consumers should pay close attention to the quality of toothbrush products.To establish a standard system for toothbrush products,it is necessary to study the basic aspects of toothbrush quality and safety,so as to provide a reference for scientific evaluation of toothbrush quality and safety research.Instead of Toothbrushes(GB 19342-2013),Child’s toothbrushes(GB 30002-2013)and Toothbrushes with tapered filament(GB 30003-2013),the new national standard for toothbrushes General technical requirements for the safety of toothbrushes and oral implements(GB 396690-2020)added or removed some test items,and added the requirements for electric toothbrushes and oral appliances,so as to control the quality of toothbrushes more scientifically and comprehensively.
