摘要
本文通过氟离子电极法测定铜精矿中氟含量,对其测量结果不确定度进行评定。分析了实验过程中不确定度的主要来源有质量浓度、测定体积、称重和重复性试验等,以及对各部分不确定度分量进行量化计算,得出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,并以不确定度的形式给出测定结果。
In this paper,the fluoride in copper concentrates was determined by the fluoride electrode method,and the uncertainty evaluation of result was evaluated.The main sources of uncertainty in the experimental process are analyzed,including mass concentration,measured volume,standard weight and repeatability tests.The uncertainty components of each part were quantified to obtain the combined standard and expanded uncertainties,and evaluation results were thus provided.
