摘要
慢性肾脏病(CKD)血管钙化的防治目前主要是基于体内矿物质和激素代谢异常的纠正和控制,尚无公认的针对CKD血管钙化有确切疗效的药物。本研究主要从归纳与评价血管钙化治疗相关药物的角度总结该领域研究的最新进展。随着新型药物2期、3期临床试验结果的发布,它们未来的临床疗效值得期待。
Treatment for vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease was based on the correction of deterioration in mineral homeostasis and abnormalities in circulating levels of hormones.There has not been the accepted medications by far.Advance in this field was mainly showed by summarizing and evaluating medication related with the treatment of vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease.Curative effect of some new drugs for vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease is promising as their phase 2 or 3 clinical trails studies were published.
