摘要
文明是不同國家、不同制度之間共享的成果,也是全人類共同追求的價值當今世界.儘管各國實行不同的制度,但有一個基本的文明共識,即如何通過科技、思想與制度營造和平,讓全人類在和平的環境中過著有尊嚴的生活制度文明是對人類社會發展影響最為深遠的文明形態制度文明的内在動力與最高的善就是以和平方式解決各種爭端"一國兩制"回應了人類社會發展的期待,體現了中國人的智慧,豐富了人類文明的内涵.
Fruits of civilization are shared among different countries and systems,and civilization has the universal values which are pursued by all mankind.In today's world,although countries implement different systems,they have a fundamental consensus on civilization,namely how to build peace via science,technology,thoughts and institutions,and enable all people to live a life of dignity in a peaceful environment.Institutional civilization is a form of civilization that has the most profound influence on the development of human society.It is the motive force and highest good of institutional civilization to settle disputes by peaceful means.
