摘要 以"基因在染色体上"的教学为例,就萨顿的假说、摩尔根果蝇杂交实验展开论证式教学,引导学生通过绘制遗传图解对假设进行演绎推理,并寻找证据支持,最后得出结论,发展学生的科学思维。
