The paper sets forth the main idea of the Declaration of the Development of the Science Game Industry and the guidelines for constructing the value orientation of game publishing from the perspective of the key functions of publishing and the value of game publishing.Based on the analysis of the main problems in the development of the game industry,the present paper provides opinions and suggestions for the sustainable development of the science game publishing.
