近年多家空调公司如格力、美的、海尔等均在产品上都使用铜铝连接管,相比普通铜管,铜铝连接管因其独有的优势,已然成为空调产品用材中的新宠。但铜铝连接管焊接后,热缩套管内的热熔胶会二次受热溢出,针对铜铝连接管溢胶率对管路的气密性与耐压性进行研究。

In recent years,many air conditioning companies,such as Gree,Midea,Haier and so on,all use copperaluminum connecting pipe in their products.Compared with ordinary copper pipe,copper-aluminum connecting pipe has become the new favorite of air conditioning products because of its unique advantages.However,after the welding of the copper-aluminum joint pipe,the hot melt adhesive in the heat-shrinkable casing will be heated twice.The effect of the overflow rate of the copper-aluminum joint pipe on the air tightness and pressure resistance is studied.
