摘要
本文对墙壁开关过渡件导向筋槽斜削对按钮侧向脱扣力的影响进行了研究。首先创造性地提出一种FEA联合试验测算按钮材料的平均弯曲弹性模量的方法,然后使用FEA软件对按钮侧向脱扣力进行分析,并通过试验对标。然后对比过渡件导向筋槽斜削前后按钮侧向脱扣力的差异。最后分析了增加侧边圆柱卡扣对提高按钮侧向脱扣力的作用。
In this article a research was given that the impact of cutting of the guide rib groove of the swing on the lateral trip force of the wall switch button.First,a FEA calculation of the lateral trip force of the wall switch button was done and the results were compared to the test results.Then we compare the lateral trip forces of the wall switch button before and after the cutting of the the guide rib groove of the swing with FEA software.At last we analysis the effect of increasing the lateral clip on the lateral trip force of the wall switch button.
