基于FLUENT的吸油烟机结构优化方法

摘要 流量、压力、速度、吸烟效果是吸油烟机的重要指标,为了获得吸油烟机流体运动特性,对吸油烟机在房间工作的流体区域进行研究,利用FLUNET软件中的多参考系模型对某款吸油烟机进行了不同结构参数下的流体仿真分析,分别从叶片数量、叶轮宽度、叶轮内外径比及是否带有开合玻璃等参数进行了对比分析,全面、形象地展现了吸油烟机的内部流场信息以及风道系统组件的能量损失。 Flow rate,pressure,speed and smoking effect are important indexes of range hoods.In order to obtain the fluid motion characteristics of range hoods,the fluid area in which the range hoods work in the room is studied,the fluid simulation analysis of a range hood with different structure parameters was carried out by using the multireference system model in the software fluent,the number of blades,the width of impeller,the ratio of inner diameter to outer diameter of impeller and wheter it has opening-closing glass were compared and analyzed,the internal flow field information and the energy loss of the components of the air duct system of the range hood are presented comprehensively and vividly.
