摘要
为满足国际某知名牵引变压器有限公司提出的某型牵引变压器振动冲击试验,对试验件试验工装进行了结构优化设计。此试验件重达9.2 t、最长边尺寸长达2.8 m,试验件极为珍贵,该公司提出了十分严苛的工装设计指标,且设计周期有限。试验工装能否实现既满足我中心最大推力35 t振动台的荷载要求又能满足该公司的严苛指标成了一个十分棘手的问题。为了快速准确的完成夹具设计,本项目使用ANSYS尺寸优化技术进行夹具的设计,使得夹具设计周期大幅度缩短,并且大幅度提高了优化后的夹具特性。
In order to satisfy the vibration and shock test of a certain traction transformer proposed by a famous international traction transformer Company,our team has carried on the structural optimization design to the test fixture of the test piece.This test piece weighs 9.2t and has the longest side size of 2.8m,which is extremely precious.The company has put forward very strict tooling design indexes,and the design period is limited.Whether the test fixture can meet the load requirement of the 35t vibration table and the strict index of the design has become a very tricky problem.In order to complete the fixture design quickly and accurately,this project used ANSYS dimension optimization technology to design the fixture,which greatly shortened the fixture design cycle and greatly improved the characteristics of the optimized fixture.
