基于寿命特征分析的橡胶减振垫加速寿命试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对动车组用橡胶减振垫开展了基于加速试验理论的寿命评估研究。研究结果表明,橡胶减振垫使用过程中主要的失效模式为老化和压缩永久变形。针对这些失效模式,分别采用垂直载荷和水平载荷试验手段,对橡胶减振垫的寿命特征参数进行了研究,结果表明压缩变形为敏感寿命特征参数。基于加速寿命试验理论和方法,在恒定压缩载荷下,采用不同温度进行了加速寿命试验研究,并基于阿累尼乌斯模型对试验结果进行了寿命分布模型的分析,拟合出相应的模型参数,实验结果表明在五级修橡胶减振垫已经使用10年的基础上,得到其剩余寿命为2.51年,新品的寿命为14.06年。 In this paper,the life evaluation of rubber damping pad for EMU is studied based on accelerated test theory.The results show that the main failure modes of the rubber damping pad are aging and compression permanent deformation.In view of these failure modes,the life characteristic parameters of rubber damping pad were studied by means of vertical load test and horizontal load test respectively.The results show that compression deformation is sensitive life characteristic parameter.Based on the theory and method of accelerated life test,under the constant compression load,using different temperature accelerated life test study,and based on the result of the test,Arrhenius model life distribution model is analyzed,fitting out the corresponding model parameters,the experimental results show that rubber damping pad has been used in grade 5,on the basis of 10 years,the remaining life of the product is 2.51 years,and the life of the new product is 14.06 years.
