Discussion on Reliability Evaluation of Shipborne Complex and Giant System about Problems and Countermeasures

本文给出了舰载复杂巨系统的基本概念,分析了其产品特点、可靠性指标特点以及研制阶段特点,结合舰载复杂巨系统试验鉴定中可靠性评估面临的问题,提出了做好可靠性评估工作的若干建议,为研制单位、订购方和第三方试验单位提供了处理相关问题的思路。

This paper presents the basic concept of shipborne complex and giant system,analyzes its product characteristics,reliability index characteristics and development stage characteristics.Combined with the problems of reliability evaluation in test and appraisal of shipborne equipment,some suggestions are put forward to do a good job in reliability evaluation,which provides ideas for developer,purchaser and third-party test supervisor to deal with related problems.
