摘要 水冷管路接头连接形式较多,为了规范接头的使用。本文选取常用的几种水冷接头连接形式,分析其密封机理,并设计了密封可靠性试验,从常温、温度交变、振动冲击工况之后的保压和泄漏情况对接头的可靠性进行测试,以泄漏率作为衡量水冷接头连接密封可靠性的指标。结果表明:①选取的接头在常温、温度交变、振动冲击工况下均能满足密封要求;②接头密封性能对温度交变工况较敏感,泄漏率升高最为明显;③密封圈变形密封的泄漏率小于软管变形密封的泄漏率。 There are many connecting forms of water-cooled pipe joints,in order to standardize the use of joints.In this paper,several common water-cooled joint connection forms are selected to analyze the sealing mechanism,and the sealing reliability test is designed.The reliability of the joint is tested from the normal temperature,temperature alternating,vibration and impact conditions after the pressure holding and leakage,and the leakage rate is taken as the index to measure the sealing reliability of the water-cooled joint.The results show that:①The selected joints can meet the sealing requirements under normal temperature,temperature change and vibration and impact conditions.②The sealing performance of the joint is sensitive to temperature change,and the increase of leakage rate is the most obvious.③The leakage rate of the deformed seal of the sealing ring is less than that of the deformed seal of the hose.
