摘要
本文主要介绍了一种修磨电机转子内锥孔压痕的工艺优化方法,通过工装设计、工艺流程、检测手段等方面进行了优化,确保了机车电机转子的去应力圆弧槽光滑过渡,从而保证了产品质量的稳定性。
This paper mainly introduces an optimization technology of grinding the indentation of the inner cone hole of the motor rotor,which ensures the smooth transition of the stress circular groove of the motor rotor,through the optimization of the design of the tool,the grinding technology and the measurement means,thus,the stability of product quality is ensured.
