With the promotion of digital delivery in petrochemical industry,many enterprises start to focus on standards of digital delivery,and study how to manage the deliverables.Taking the working practice as the case in digital delivery in one large-scale project,starting from introducing the types and contents of digital delivery,the common difficulties in the deliverables management are discussed,and solutions and suggestions of perfecting coding system,perfecting document management platform,adopting integrated design and phased delivery are proposed.Innovative solutions for digital delivery projects are provided,and more efficient digital information management services is put forward.
