摘要
安全完整性等级(SIL)评估是评价安全功能是否具有可靠执行的能力。介绍了SIL等级划分、硬件结构约束的概念,以重点危险化工工艺气化装置为例完整阐述SIL评估过程,评估采用LOPA方式开展回路定级,从硬件结构约束、平均失效概率两个维度验算回路是否满足要求,最后讲述SIL评估在仪表及控制系统日常管理中的应用,通过实施SIL评估,确保装置可靠运行。
Safety integrity level(SIL)assessment is to evaluate if the safety function has reliable executing capacity.The SIL level classification and the hardware structure constraint concept are introduced.SIL evaluation process is expounded completely with taking the key dangerous chemical process gasification installation as the case.The evaluation adopts LOPA method to carry out the loop grading.From two dimensions of hardware structure constraint and average failure probability,the loop is calculated whether the requirement is satisfied or not.The application of SIL assessment in instrument and control system for the daily management is discussed.The reliable operation of the installation is guaranteed by implementing SIL assessment.
