摘要 在高温高压的临氢工况下,会加剧加氢装置中氢气渗透压力或差压变送器隔离膜片,进入隔离液中,轻则影响变送器测量精度,重则造成变送器故障而失效。通过分析变送器故障原因,提出了提升膜片基材和膜片表面镀金的两种防氢渗透方法,结合国内外标准和制造商标准要求,对变送器膜片选材给出了相应的建议。该方法的实施为实现变送器测量准确,长周期稳定运行提供了参考。 Under the work condition with hydrogenation with high temperature and high pressure.Hydrogen permeating pressure transmitter or differential pressure transmitter isolation diaphragm and entering the isolation liquid can be intensified in hydrogenation installation.The measurement accuracy of the transmitter will be influenced,what worse,the transmitter may be caused to fail.By analyzing the causes of transmitter failure,two anti-hydrogen permeation methods to improve the diaphragm base material and gold plating on the diaphragm surface are proposed.Combining with the requirements of domestic and foreign standards and manufacturer's standards,corresponding suggestions are given for the selection of transmitter diaphragm materials.The implementation for the method provides reference for realization for accurate measurement and long period stable operation of the transmitter.
