摘要 针对石油化工装置仪表和控制系统状态的现状,提出了仪表和控制系统状态在线检测和离线检测策略,通过状态数据采集和通信协议,利用工业云平台,通过平台侧、设备侧和应用侧开发,采集石油化工仪表和控制系统状态数据和诊断信息等海量数据并接入工业云平台,利用IIoT边缘加云协同,建立故障预测模型,分析采集的数据,以短信等方式实时发送,并及时进行预测性维护和管理,构筑基于预测性维护理念的仪表和控制系统状态监控平台,保障仪表和控制系统设备的完整性。 Aiming at the current situation of the petrochemical plant instrumentation and control system status,instrumentation and control system status online and offline detection strategies are proposed.By state data acquisition and communications protocols and application of industrial cloud platform,through the development of platform side,the device side and application side,petrochemical collection instrumentation and control system status data acquisition and diagnostic information and massive data and introduction to industrial cloud platform,using collaborative cloud+IIoT edge,failure prediction model is established.The collected data is analyzed.The data and information are sent in real time in message,and predictive maintenance and management are timely conducted.The monitoring platform for Instrument and control system condition,based on predictive maintenance concept is constructed.The integrity of the instrumentation and control systems is guaranteed.
