摘要
海上油气平台在开启台风模式生产时,针对卫星通信不稳定、存在较多无效的传输点、分散控制系统(DCS)硬件状态不佳、DCS服务器缓存数据过多等问题,通过优化平台与终端中心控制系统网络结构、数据传输方式,确保了中心控制系统中DCS硬件、软件的运行速率,提高了卫星通信质量及数据传输效率,从而提高了台风模式下中心控制系统数据传输到陆地终端的稳定性。
When the seaborne oil&gas platform is operated in typhoon production mode,aiming at the problems of unstable satellite communication,many invalid transmission points,poor hardware status,and too much data buffered in server of distributed control system(DCS),through optimization of the network structure of platform and terminal central control system,data transmission mode,the running speed of DCS hardware and software is improved.The quality of satellite communication and data transmission efficiency are improved,and the stability of data transmission from central control system to land terminal at the typhoon production mode is improved.
