建筑工程造价预结算审核工作研究

建筑工程在施工建设过程中会涉及到多方的利益牵扯,造价预算在协调和满足各方利益需求的过程中发挥着重要的作用。对造价预结算进行审核,能够在建筑工程的施工建设过程中更好地约束企业和施工方的经营建设行为,在保证建筑工程预算支出合理的同时,维护建筑市场合理的经营发展秩序。基于此,文中对建筑工程造价预结算审核工作中存在的问题以及解决措施进行探讨和分析,旨在为我国建筑行业的发展提供可借鉴的研究经验。

The construction project will involve the interests of many parties in the construction process.The cost budget plays an important role in coordinating and meeting the interests and needs of all parties.Reviewing the cost budget and settlement can better restrict the operation and construction behavior of enterprises and constructors in the construction process of construction projects,ensure the reasonable budget expenditure of construction projects,and maintain the reasonable operation and development order of the construction market.Based on this,this paper discusses and analyzes the problems and solutions in the audit of construction cost budget and settlement,in order to provide reference research experience for the development of Chinese construction industry.
