新时代高校已育青年女教师“双育”融合及其实现路径

摘要 作为国家的高端知识人才,高校已育青年女教师在新时代中国的发展历程中做出了突出贡献。高校已育青年女教师在家要抚育子女,在校要培育学生,势必会对工作造成一定影响,我们把这种现象称为"双育"矛盾。化解"双育"矛盾不仅对青年女教师本人具有重大意义,更对我国经济社会的发展具有重大价值。该文提出了"双育"融合理念,旨在解决"双育"冲突,分别从个人、社会、家庭、高校及政府的角度出发提出相应的措施,以有力促进"双育"融合,进而有效缓解"双育"矛盾。 As the State’s high-end intellectual talent reserve,maternal young female teachers in colleges and universities have made an incomparably outstanding contribution to the development of China in the new era.However,they not only need to raise their own children at home,but also need to nurture students in schools.In this process,raising their own children is bound to have an impact on work.We call this phenomenon the contradiction and conflict between two educations.How to resolve the contradiction and conflict between the two educations is not only of great significance to the female teachers themselves,but also of a significant contribution to the economic and social development of our country.In response to this situation,this paper puts forward a concept of integrating the two educations to resolve the conflict between them.In addition,corresponding measures should be formulated from the perspectives of individuals,society,families,colleges and universities,and the government,so that the integration of the two educations can be effectively promoted,and the contradiction and conflict between them can be effectively alleviated.
