摘要
学业成就是指个人在学业方面的综合表现,是学生在学习期间取得累积学习成果的呈现,也是衡量研究生培养是否取得成功的一项重要指标。经研究,目前高等院校研究生学业成就受到多种因素的共同影响。该文通过问卷调查的方式,采集了某高校研究生学业成就影响因素的相关数据,设置学习压力、专业课程设置、导师专业素养等观测变量。建立研究生学业成就影响因素的结构方程模型,客观分析研究生自身、研究生导师、外部环境与研究生学业成就的关系及其影响程度。研究表明,研究生自身因素对研究生学业成就具有正向显著影响且影响最大,相关系数达到0.558。
Academic achievement refers to the overall performance of an individual in academic aspects.It is the presentation of the cumulative learning achievements of students during the study period,and is also an important indicator of the success of postgraduate training.After research,the current academic achievement of postgraduates in institutions of higher learning are affected by the combined effects of many factors.This paper collects relevant data on the factors affecting the academic achievement of postgraduates in a university through a questionnaire survey,and sets up observed variables such as learning pressure,professional curriculum setting,and professional quality of tutors.A structural equation model of the influencing factors of postgraduates’academic achievement is established,in order to objectively analyze the relationship between postgraduates themselves,tutors,external environment,postgraduates’academic achievement,and the degree of influence.Research shows that postgraduates’own factors have a positive and significant impact on their academic achievement,with the correlation coefficient reaching 0.558.
