基于OBE理念的本科生导师制下的全过程人才培养模式建设——以大连东软信息学院大数据科学系为例

The Construction of the Whole-process Talent Training Mode under the Undergraduate Tutorial System Based on the OBE Concept:Taking the Department of Big Data Science of Dalian Neusoft University of Information as an Example

该文阐述了大连东软信息学院大数据科学系创新人才培养的思路、方法,探寻基于OBE理念的本科生导师制下的全过程人才培养模式实践过程。该模式倡导专业教育与思想政治教育融合,倡导充分发挥本科生导师作用,倡导以学生为成长成才中心因材施教、个性化培养,在实现专业人才培养目标的同时,将思想政治教育融入人才培养全过程。

This paper explains the ideas and methods for training innovative talents in the Department of Big Data Science of Dalian Neusoft University of Information,and explores the practical process of the whole process of talent training mode under the undergraduate tutorial system based on the OBE concept.This mode advocates the integration of professional education and ideological and political education,advocates to adequately give full play to the role of undergraduate tutors,and advocates to take students as the center of growth and talent cultivation,to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and to cultivate students’individuality,so as to integrate ideological and political education into the whole process of talent training while achieving the goal of professional talent training.
