Explore a New Model of Leading League Building with Party Building,and Promote the High-quality Development of Grassroots Party Building in Colleges and Universities

党的十九大报告明确指出,要加强基层组织建设。党的基层组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础。在新时代,只有加强基层党建工作,才能够更好地发挥基层党组织优势,为党的全面发展奠定更牢固的基础、提供更强力的保障。共青团作为党的助手与后备军,是党领导的先进青年的群团组织,在党的领导下加强团的建设对于推动高校基层党建工作十分重要。该文结合高校二级学院的实际情况,积极探索党建带团建的新模式,旨在实现在思想上与党同心同德、在目标上与党同心同向、在行动上与党同心同行。

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the construction of grassroots organizations should be strengthened.The Party’s grassroots organizations are the basis for ensuring the implementation of the Party’s lines,principles,policies,and decision-making arrangements.In the new era,only by strengthening the work of grassroots Party building can the advantages of grassroots Party organizations be better utilized to lay a firmer foundation and provide a stronger guarantee for the Party’s allround development.As the Party’s assistant and reserve army,the Communist Youth League is an advanced mass organization under the leadership of the Party.Strengthening League building under the leadership of the Party is very important to promote grassroots Party building in colleges and universities.Combining the actual situation of secondary colleges in universities,this paper actively explores the new model of leading League building with Party building,aiming to achieve unity with the Party in ideology,in goals,and in action.
