摘要
该文深入分析信息化背景下高等教育课程的改革与实践,以具有代表性的理工农相结合多学科交叉课程——"动物性食品加工学"为例,介绍了如何利用信息技术使教学方式、教学方法、学习活动更加灵活多样。文章从教学观念、目标、内容、形式、方法、手段等各方面,对动物性食品加工学课程进行改革创新,把产业需求和科学教育理念结合起来。从课程目标、教师素养、教材设置、延伸阅读、教学形式、教学评价等方面科学优化内容,明确目标要求。通过课程信息化的建设,推进信息技术与教育整合,提高其使用率。最终使学生和教师不再受到时间和空间的限制,通过网络可以随意交流,使教育更加有效和便捷。
This paper deeply analyzes the reform and practice of higher education curriculum under the background of information technology,and combining the representative multi-disciplinary course of science,engineering and agriculture,"Animal Food Processing Science",as an example,introduces how information technology makes teaching methods and learning activities more flexible and diverse.The paper reforms and innovates the"Animal Food Processing Science"course from the perspectives of teaching concepts,goals,content,forms,methods,and means,and combines industrial needs with scientific education concepts.The content is scientifically optimized and the target requirements are clarified from the aspects of curriculum goals,teacher quality,teaching materials,extended reading,teaching forms,and teaching evaluation.Through the information-based curriculum construction,the integration of information technology and education is promoted,and its utilization rate is increased,so that teachers and students can no longer be limited to time and space,and they can communicate with each other through the Internet,which will make education more effective and convenient.
