摘要
长输天然气管道为了有效应对腐蚀问题经常会采取阴极保护技术,这种保护技术本身就有可靠性高、使用寿命长、输出电压电流可调节后期维护便捷等一些优点,但是管道在实际运行过程中由于操作人员对阴极保护系统技术的掌握不够熟练,或者管道运输周边存在杂散电流干扰等,非常容易导致阴极保护系统在运行过程中产生故障。本文主要对长输天然气管道防腐层与阴极保护长期缺陷问题进行探讨。
In order to effectively deal with the corrosion problem of long-distance natural gas pipeline, cathodic protection technology is often adopted. This protection technology itself has some advantages, such as high reliability, long service life, adjustable output voltage and current, and convenient maintenance in the later stage. However, in the actual operation process of the pipeline, the operators are not proficient in the cathodic protection system technology, Or there is stray current interference around the pipeline transportation, which is very easy to cause the failure of cathodic protection system during operation. This paper mainly discusses the long-term defects of anticorrosive coating and cathodic protection of long-distance natural gas pipeline.
