天然气管线受管线材质以及铺设环境决定,在使用中容易产生腐蚀现象,从而导致管线强度贬低出现穿孔、断裂等故障,从而引发介质泄露产生严重的安全环保事故。目前防腐涂料是天然气管线防腐措施中应用最为广泛的技术之一,课题针对防腐涂料在石油天然气管线中的应用展开研究,对其应用效果以及问题和弊端进行评价分析。

The natural gas pipeline is determined by the pipeline material and laying environment, so it is easy to produce corrosion phenomenon in use, which leads to the degradation of pipeline strength, perforation, fracture and other failures, thus leading to medium leakage and serious safety and environmental protection accidents. At present, the anti-corrosion coating is one of the most widely used technologies in the anti-corrosion measures of natural gas pipeline. This paper studies the application of anti-corrosion coating in oil and gas pipeline, and evaluates and analyzes its application effect, problems and disadvantages.
