某台燃气蒸汽锅炉腐蚀问题浅析

本文从某酒店一台燃气蒸汽工业锅炉定期内部检验中所遇腐蚀等问题入手,通过查阅该酒店历年定期检验报告、修理监督检验报告、水质分析报告,分析了其管理及水处理工作中存在的问题,并从安全、节能、水处理等方面提出相关建议。最后指出,只有完善锅炉房管理制度、水质管理制度并实施,由持证水化验人员定期对锅炉各项水质进行监控,并采取有效的措施将各项指标控制在标准要求的范围内,才能保证锅炉的安全与节能运行,继而更好的为生产及生活服务,取得更好的经济效益。

This paper starts with the corrosion problems encountered in the regular internal inspection of a gas-fired steam industrial boiler in a hotel, analyzes the problems existing in its management and water treatment by consulting the regular inspection reports, repair supervision and inspection reports and water quality analysis reports of the hotel over the years, and puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of safety, energy saving and water treatment. Finally, it is pointed out that only by improving the management system of boiler room and water quality management system and implementing them, and regularly monitoring the water quality of the boiler by certified water laboratory personnel, and taking effective measures to control the indicators within the scope of the standard requirements, can the safe and energy-saving operation of the boiler be ensured, and then better service for production and life, and better economic benefits be achieved.
