摘要 耐张线夹的质量直接影响输电线路运行的安全可靠性,为精准判断其缺陷类型,确保输电线路安全运行,该文提出基于无人机与X射线数字成像技术的输电线路耐张线夹检测方法。以无人机为飞行平台,在其内部安装X射线数字成像仪器,并通过无人机巡检耐张线夹,利用X射线数字成像仪器采集其内部图像;采用层级识别模型的图像处理技术分析采集的内部图像,利用层级识别模型中的耐张线夹区域定位模型获取其区域边界框,将区域边界框作为耐张线夹检测模型的输入,获取其缺陷边界框,得到其缺陷类型。实验证明,在平衡因子取值0.25、调整因子取值2.0时,该方法可有效获取耐张线夹的区域边界框,并精准得到其缺陷类型;该方法检测耐张线夹的平均精度均值高达0.97。 The quality of tension clamp directly affects the safety and reliability of transmission line operation.In order to accurately determine the type of defects and ensure the safe operation of transmission line,a detection method of tension clamp of transmission line based on UAV and X-ray digital imaging technology is proposed.Taking UAV as the flight platform,X-ray digital imaging instrument is installed inside the UAV,and the UAV inspects the strain clamp,and uses the X-ray digital imaging instrument to collect its internal image;the image processing technology of hierarchical recognition model is used to analyze the collected internal image,and the regional boundary box is obtained by using the strain clamp regional positioning model in the hierarchical recognition model,and the regional boundary is obtained Box as the input of the tension clamp detection model,the defect boundary box is obtained,and the defect type is obtained.The experimental results show that:when the balance factor is 0.25 and the adjustment factor is 2.0,the method can effectively obtain the area boundary box of the tension clamp,and accurately obtain its defect type;the average accuracy of the method is as high as 0.97.
